BFBC HOMEBREW KEG COMPETITION
The BFBC Brewers Ball Keg Competition is open to all Florida Homebrewers and members of Florida Homebrew Clubs. All entries must have been brewed on a non-commercial system. Entries brewed at commercial establishments, including brew-on-premises are ineligible.
Entries will be submitted in either a 3 or 5 gallon keg. There is no limit to the number of kegs you may enter and there is no entry fee. Any and all styles of beer, mead and cider are welcome. Deadline for entry is February 22nd. To enter your kegs please contact Rodney Sedillo rodney@specialhoperations.com. Drop-off dates will be from February 23rd to March 1st at several locations in the Tampa Bay area.
Prizes for the winner of the keg competition will receive some great homebrew gear and gets to brew with Tampa Bay Brewing Company in Ybor. In addition to getting to brew with a pro, Tampa Bay Brewing Company will be offering the winner a t-shirt and a gallon growler of your choice.
Winners will be chosen by obtaining the most number of votes at the Brewers Ball. In order to vote, a ticket will be purchased to sample all kegs. That ticket will be used to vote for the favorite beer. A limit will be placed on the number of tickets sold to an individual. Any beer left after the vote is tallied will be offered for free for the remainder of the Brewer's Ball.
