CATEGORIES

All BJCP beer and mead categories and associated sub-categories from the 2008 BJCP style guidelines will be accepted in this competition. Complete style guidelines can be found at the BJCP site: http://www.bjcp.org. Entrants are responsible for placing their entry in the proper category. No entries will be re-classified. With fruit beer, herb beer, specialty beer, smoked beer and meads, be sure to list the special ingredients.

All 28 categories of beer, mead, cider and their associated sub-categories will be accepted. NOTE: Categories 1-19 are restricted to two entries per sub-category by Florida Homebrew Circuit rules.
